香港に来る時、必ず時間作って会うHasheemeクン。複数の香港や中国のファッション誌でコラムを持ち、カメラメンの仕事もこなしている多彩な方です。香港ファション界のことを何でも彼から教えてもらっています。今日彼が着ているFUCTのTシャツは何と90年代の物で、本当にルーツの知っている人です。

4年ぶりに会うLeehawkクン, 彼と8年ぐらい前にアメリカのASRショーで知り合い、以来アメリカのショーに行くたび会う香港のトップスケーターです。最近DCに転職し、DCの香港責任者になったそうです。久しぶりの再会は盛り上がりました。パワー一杯もらいました。

久々の香港。昔２ヶ月１のペースで来ていたのに、通信手段の発達、弊社の現地スターフの優秀さによって、いま年２、３回に減りました。それにしても今のシーズンは暑い、本日の気温は３０℃、湿度が高く、溶けそうな感じです。五日間の出張頑張ろう！

enjoi luxury cruise Part 1, 2 and 3

The enjoi luxury cruise has set sail for Russia, Scandinavia, and Atlantis! Join Louie Barletta, Jerry Hsu, Cairo Foster, Nestor Judkins, Ben Raemers, plus new ams Ryan Lay and Zack Wallin, and flow mate Barney Page as they sail around the seas of northern Europe. The crew headed over for a contest in Helsinki, Finland, and found out that the Fins like to throw the afterparty the night before the actual contest. Our Senior Photographer Dave Chami captured all the fun in our June 2012 issue. Here is part one of three. Stay tuned later this week for full parts from Ryan Lay and Zack Wallin. In Part 2 of enjoi’s luxury cruise, the crew embarks on a massive boat and sets sail from Sweden to Russia—at least according to Ben Raemers. In order to get into Russia, you’d normally need to have your paperwork very organized. However, if you enter via boat, you don’t really need anything. So the crew braved a 17-hour boat ride to make its disorganized arrival into Mother Russia. And that 17-hour ride, was aboard an international party boat. Barney Page, Zack Wallin, and Ryan Lay set it off on the tall ledges and long rails while Louie and Jerry warm it up with some fun. Pretty soon the whole crew is going berserk on transfer walls, steep banks, and double-set rails. Nestor gets tech on a transfer wall, Ben risks a two-story drop on a boneless, and Louie takes some diggers on a radical crailslide. Cairo makes a local’s night as he’s stumbling home and runs smack dab into a full-blown rail-chomping session. http://www.uniforme.jp

風邪薬

昨日の晩から風邪ぎみ、いつもアメリカで買い貯めている風邪薬を飲んで、一晩で大分治りました。日本の薬は"風邪の諸症状を緩和する"としていますが、海外の薬は"治す"目的ですね。
